Geocache Description:

A winter friendly hide located just off of the North Shore State Snowmobile Trail on tax forfeit land.

I was inspired to name this cache after the ravens I heard while scouting a location for the hide. The first geocoin dropped also happens to be IB's Raven Totem.

If you don't have a snowmobile or don't want to wait until winter, parking is available at the gate just off of Arnold Rd at the intersection with Schultz Rd. From the parking coordinates it is just under a three mile round trip hike.
When I placed the cache I had to go through a 20 foot long, 6 inch deep puddle about halfway down the trail. Frogs were darting everywhere. The rest of the trail wasn't too bad, but it can and will be very wet in the spring and after a heavy rainfall.
There are deer stands in the area, so it's a good idea to wear blaze orange during hunting season.
