Near the cliffs on the return trail from Dickey Mountain. Others have rated the terrain 5 but I don't think it necessary to use crawling or hands to reach this cache from the parking lot if you go directly instead of climbing Dickey via Welch first. I can reach it in about 40 minutes from the lot.
Container is an ammo can. Please put it back so that it cannot be seen from the trail.
The one thing that should be said about the Welch-Dickey loop trail (4.3 miles total), is that several of the reaches are on slabs of stone which can be slippery when wet and obviously treacherous if icy.
This cache is on the western trail usually used by hikers who have first climbed Welch and Dickey. The stretch of trail near the cache is near the cliffs you can see from Welch. The cache is on the forest side of the trail and it is not necessary to get any closer to the cliff edge than the trail already goes.
