Downtown San Diego, easy to get to, Handicap accessible.
An altoids tin hidden downtown. Important! Elevation: Over 100 feet.
The trick with placing a cache downtown is to find a spot that is public property where the general public won't find the cache. It also has to have a clear view of the sky - GPS often doesn't work well near tall buildings.
Parking garage hours 7am to 8pm, later when there are shows at House of Blues..... But, a sly person should be able to get at it anytime....
