CONGRATULATIONS goes out to SuperGoober for his FTF of this Cache.. :-)
This cache is hidden where there are some large rocks, some weeds, and some short down hill from the parking area.. I don't feel anyone in a wheel chair could manage this one, nor could they reach it.
