Geocache Description:

You are a developer in training who has been given the task of laying out a 7 by 7 city block area of a growing metropolis. You must follow the 6 building codes listed below as to the overall layout. (This is basically a Sudoku with a few tricks).

1.Each city block will contain only one building. These buildings will have differing heights from 1 to 7 floors.
2. No two buildings in a row or column can have the same number of floors.
3. The numbers outside of this 7 by 7 area indicate the number of buildings seen from that ground level position, (See graphic below.)
4. The two main diagonals must also contain 1 of each building containing 1 to 7 floors.
5. The buildings placed within the thermometers must have an increasing number of floors, starting at the bulb end with the fewest floors and working up from there. These buildings will not necessarily contain consecutively numbered floors.
6. The larger than and smaller than symbols must also be followed.

I hope you enjoyed this puzzle cache.
If you did.....tell others about it.
But please do not give away clues or hints on how to solve it,
or on the location of the final cache container.
That would be defeating the purpose on which it was created.
