I've Lost My Mind..Again! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lostboy1966: After almost four years in the woods, this bit of brain wasn't really that bad off. Better than I can say for my own over that period. [:)]
While cleaning out the cache I had some muggles approach me. There was nothing for me to hide or be evasive about, since I was in the archiving process! I explained the game to them, and went on my way.

I have not yet checked this container for any TBs. Once I do so, I will update as needed.

Geocache Description:

A short hike in Bradley Park. Park at the end of Oak Ledge Lane in Wilton, CT.

It was only five short months ago (since the publishing of this cache) that I set out my first hide, ‘I’ve Lost My Mind’ (GCRA7M). It was quite pathetic, having been placed the same day that I started Geocaching, with a whopping two finds under my belt. The container was an old dog-biscuit jar hidden in a patch of vines with some leaves tossed over the top for camouflage. A hider has to start somewhere, right?

It attracted enough traffic to keep me happy as I slowly developed my cache-building technique. The finders were quite kind in their commentary (out of pity, no doubt), but over time reports came in about the cache being exposed or out of position. I went to take a look at it, but the area it was hidden in was fenced off due to nearby construction. Sneaking in to retrieve it, I decided it was time to archive this sad container. I vowed to release it again, but not until I made it better than it was.

Better..Stronger..Faster..

Ok, maybe not faster. I did take the jar down to my ‘laboratory’ to tune it up a bit, however. A few hours of tinkering and a short hike later, I can proudly say that:

I’ve Lost My Mind..Again!

Enjoy, LB66
