MUD 202 Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Sapience Trek: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Mud 202

This cache started life as a  Chile Seed. So be sure to log your thanks to ChileHead for giving out three completely stocked and camo'd 30 cal. ammo cans.

MUD 202 is for the cacher that seeks an advanced version of MUD 101.
To find the well hidden cache you first need to find the three sets of coords written on the winter accessible 2” x 3” metal tags. The coordinates will take you to a less traveled portion of Ellison Park. While working on the layout I saw a wide assortment of wildlife; a 4" long leech, snapping turtle, snake, butterflies and many birds so bring your camera and bug repellent, you will want both. As the name of the cache suggests there are parts of your search area that will be muddy, unless we have a drought or the ground is completely frozen, boots are recommended. The trails are not marked but depending on the course you choose there are well established paths most of the way.

Anyone reporting they did not get their feet muddy is confirming they took my advice and wore boots.

Please return the cache EXACTLY as found and do not remove the tether.
