Geocache Description:

Isn't it ironic that a simple, appropriately named Yes, another $#@*&%! Iron Horse Cache didn't survive the homeless encampment more than one day. However, if it had survived it would now be a 5* terrain (see pic). This Iron cache is placed on higher ground and will not float away.

The Iron Horse trail is a multi-use, whole-access trail between the cities of Concord and Dublin (soon to include Pleasanton) follows the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way established in 1891 and abandoned in 1977. For more information visit the East Bay Parks Website at:
