Interesting location. There is no need to mess up the flowers. It's not there.

This old steel rescue boat has since rusted. Her paint has faded and her woodern seats have seen better days. She has become a conversation piece outside the Village Shops on Restaurant Row in San Marcos. The captain and his mates are long gone but there is still some life left in this old boat. Find a small container with a log book and a real Survior dog tag and give her a little pat on the side as you leave. She'll thank you for stopping by.
