elrojo14: I decided to come check on this one. I noticed they now have a no hiking sign at the base of the hill, so I decided if I found the cache to bring it out with me. I got to the top and turned over every boulder. I never did find it. I also neglected to pay attention to the hint, so maybe I missed it. Either way with the closed sign at the base, it is best if I archive this one. I did a Facebook Live video from here and decided since I am in decent shape, I might as well go check on this guy's bigger brother next door. Let's get to it!
After seeing a post for assistance on SoCal Off-road Recovery SOS, I came out to the Carrizo Plain today to make sure someone got off of the Caliente Ridge safely and then drove through the CPNM checking on Geocaches. I also made my first visit to Rideout Hidout. I did about 108 miles in the truck today on a great overcast day that I call Ginger Weather.
