"Ensemble Ogikubo" is a complex facility having Suginami welfare office, children's hall, bicycle parking lot, and etc. It is two minute walk from JR Ogikubo station. The cache container is a card case and was hidden in this complex. You can access the area between 8:30 and 17:00.
