Geocache Description:

(5-31-2016) MUSEUM IS IN TRANSITION. MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION PLANNED BY MID JUNE.

FTF prize is a pen made of wood from” Branson’s Liberty Tree, a once-stately burr oak that stood in a downtown city park. The 200-year-old tree, which received congressional recognition for its longevity at the time of America’s bicentennial, was a beloved landmark until age and lightning strikes brought its survival into question.” (visit link)
(Congrats Shoney1 for FTF!)

A large cache placed in a new Branson Centennial Museum.
Only available during operating hours.

This is placed with the permission of the White River Valley Historical Society, Downtown Branson Main Street Association, Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Branson.

The coordinates will get you to the museum but you will have to consider the cache title for placement INSIDE.

The museum volunteers are very interesting to visit with and one of them picked out the placement and the title. If needed, they will be happy to help. There is room for trade items.
