The length of your journey, and the number of stages needed to reach the final, will be determined by your choices. The stages are all duct tape camouflaged pill bottles 3-5 inches tall and 2-3 inches in diameter. They are not hidden with the intent of being difficult once you reach the coordinates. Eventually you will find a stage that only offers you a single choice... the final, which is an ammo can courtesy of Cardinal Red. Note that except for the first and last stages, the hints are not linked to a specific stage number as the order and number will vary for each participant in the adventure, but they do have a letter designation to help you organize any data collected along the way. The stages and the final are all on the West side of the Hay Creek. Please do not disclose specific information on your route choices in the logs. They will be deleted so you can rewrite them.
My family and I have spent many hours enjoying the Birdsboro Watershed property. We've been neighbors for 50 years and both our sons grew up exploring these woods. Most of these locations hold a special place in our memories.
Although this is not State Game Lands, hunting is permitted, so wearing Orange and not seeking this cache for the two weeks following the Sunday after Thanksgiving would be prudent. You should allow about a half day to do this cache especially if you are considering finding the other caches in the immediate area as you explore the hills. Extra note for stage G: the logging has not been kind to the quality of the woods in this area. Approach from the NE along a major trail. Do not try it from the west. The final can be found without doing G if you don't like what you see ahead. Oh yes, and one more thing.... PLEASE MARK YOUR CAR !!!! I only do search and rescue on weekdays between 11AM and 8 PM. :)
Hints: I've uploaded photos of some of the sites and the verbal hints for the others are very specific. Again the hike is the purpose of this one. I want you to find them as soon as you get in the area.
