There three parking areas to choose from. By the Marlboro-Sudbury State Forest signs. First is a small dirt area on the north side of Sudbury Road, west of the junction of State Road. Second is a larger off-road parking area is a short distance west on Sudbury Road. Also a parking area on Hudson Rd Sudbury on the left side of the entrance to the National Wildlife Refuge behind the sign that says Marlboro-Sudbury State Forest Exercise Trail.
Located in Stow on state land abutting the new (but closed) National Wildlife Refuge, And the Mass Firefighting Academy. Both these areas are Fenced off. The trails are outside the fence area. The terrain starts off level, then easy climb up a small hill. On the top of the hill is a nice viewing area over looking the Fire Academy Training grounds. If your hunt is during training time you will be able to watch the Fire Fighters train from this view point. There are Exercise Stations along the trail on top of the hill. Mountain Bikes can be used in these trails.
