A short access road off of the main Forest Service road. Vehicles
with low clearance not recommended because of small rocks
protruding from the dirt road, but easy for a pickup. If you choose
to walk in from main road it's only a short hike.
This is a traditional green ammo can that includes dog toys,
flashlight and other small items. A great location for a picnic and
for your pet to have fun! Not accessible during the winter months.

NICE SPOT. WE WERE LOOKING FOR SIGN OF A WEINER DOG BUT FOUND NOTHING. WE'LL KEEP LOOKING.

We didn't know where the road leads to so we just followed the arrow on the GPSr. We searched for a long time. Just when we were about to give up Chrysalides found it. Going back, we followed the brown dirt road. TFTC

Oh, 1/2 mile from Plum Valley campground, piece of cake, right? Wrong!! Should have followed the road instead of trying to find our way through the woods And of course, we were on the wrong side of the creek. Well, perseverance finally paid off. The hike back, partly along the road, is much easier. Thanks for a fun one.
