Here is quite cold in the afternoon or in winter. I suggest you come here before 2:00 pm.because it is often fog.
You can hike or drive here. It's very convinient.
(If you are interested in the night bright view of Taipei, you can come here at night. But, be careful, there are no road-light along the route here.)
