easy cache, is wheel chair accesible sorry, it is even ground, but may be grassy/ dirty
may be messy, grassy/muddy, not where you might expect it actually, watch out for the many decoys i put next to it, think about what looks obvious and that is where you will find it, wouldn't hide other wise, happy caching/! PLEASE REPLACE THE CACHE AND EVERYTHING EXACTLY THE WAY YOU FOUND IT! FOR THIS ONE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT
