This is a guardrail cache. Plain and simple. If you don't like GRC's this is not for you.
I was down the road visiting my grandaughter Meg (the most beautiful almost 2 year old you would ever want to see!) and we decided that the area needed a GRC. There is absolutely nothing special about it except that every time someone finds it and logs it I will think of Meg (not that I need a reason).. There is a wide spot to pull over just past the rail. be careful there are some drivers on that road that think they are Ricky Craven (or maybe it was Ricky) going way too fast!
