Someone will be at the shelter by 8 AM for early cachers. Splash and cache starts at 9 AM. Event caches will be available for all. Lunch will follow rafting. Raffles will follow lunch. A table for Travel bugs will be available for trading or tracking.
Rafting: OPTIONAL... As we did in the past years, we are getting together a group to go on the rafting trip in Letchworth State Park, the morning of the event. In the past, rafting started at 9 AM and will be an additional cost. We will all meet at shelter 15 minutes before. This gives you a chance to see the park from the bottom of the gorge, and is a beautiful trip! The rafting will cost $35 per person. Please put a count on how many will be rafting in a log so we can have a rough number. We would like a rough estimate by June 7.
Lunch: Feel free to arrive at the pavilion early and bring some breakfast items. There will be a picnic lunch following the rafting. Please bring a dish to pass, and beverage. The Bee Hive will provide paper products and hot dogs.
Event Caches: Looking for a few people with an interest in placing a event cache or two. Please contact me if you are planning on doing this.
Raffle: I am looking for items to be raffled after lunch, to help replenish the Bee Hive account. The money raised last year is covering the cost of this year's pavilion. Please contact me if you have an item you would like to donate (or just bring it with you!).
Event T-shirt can be ordered now. $10 each. Order in your log. This will be for a limited time!! Last day to order is June 1.
