Geocache Description:


This is a geocache that was created in honor and celebration of a good friend and avid cacher, Spris. The cache was placed at Hurd State Park during his retirement party (thank you Spris for your 25+ years of service to the State of Connecticut) which was held on 7/7/09 at the picnic pavilion at the park.

This cache is a relatively easy find. It's a regular size ammo box filled with goodies, placed off the red trail that begins at the pavilion's parking lot.

Have fun and keep your eyes open for the resident owl that resides near the cache location - he was watching over us while we hid this one!
