Geocache Description:

Welcome to my third hide and my first Multi Cache Hide.
As usual, any comments/question, feel free to email me

This Two Stage Multi should be a quick find for you, both stages are located in the park and should take about 10 minutes out of your day depending on how long it takes you to decoded the Final Location.
There is a nicely paved path leading to the shelter and around most the park making this cache pretty wheel chair accessible

Here is a quick easy Multi in Mill Reserve Park or as its sometimes called – the Lake Park.

Did you know that over by the shelter is Winsted’s very own Time Capsule??
Yeppers!

This Time Capsule was buried here on Aug 27, **** in dedication of Winsted’s 100 Year Celebration and will be dug up on Aug 27, ****
I cant tell you the years, its part of the solution for the final

So if by some slim chance this cache is still around when they yank that Time Capsule out of the ground all cachers should come make a find on this one

The listed Coordinates take you to the Time Capsule Plaque (so bring a scratch piece of paper)
From there, take the year that the Time Capsule was buried and call that ABCD
Lets say the year was 2184 (I know outrageous!)
