Geocache Description:

Engine 209 Park - You don't even have to leave the sidewalk!!

NOTE: I no longer live or work in the Hall County Area. I'm over an hour away. I will try to keep this cache maintained as best as I can. If there is a local cacher that is more active that would like to adopt this cache, plelase PM me.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE CACHE AS TO PREVENT MUGGLES FINDING IT AND WATER GETTING INTO THE CONTAINER!!! ******* Congrats to Velocraig - FTF!!! ******* This is a small metal mint tin, painted flat black with a magnet attached on the bottom. There is barely room for the log sheet, so no trade items or a pen - so bring your own pen. To Open the container, simply press the center of the lid down and it will pop open. To close, place the lid back on and squeeze the edges. DO NOT try to pry or force the lid off! You will damage it. ***As you can see from the logs, it is a VERY powerful magnet. Make sure that you place it back in the right location, with it sticking to IRON. NEVER stick it to the smooth STEEL part of the train. I work in the tall, tan building (Hunt Tower) just north/west of this cache In fact, I can see the train from the windows in our offices. - If you need help finding it, email me and I'll gladly take a 10 min. break and come "Help" you. PLEASE, for their own safety, Don't let children of any age climb on the Train, Coal Car or caboose. (This includes middle-aged men-children, like me) More info on the park... Located on West Academy Street. This is a historical park with benches and gardens centered around Train Engine 209, a coal car and a red caboose. This is also part of the Adopt-A-Park program through the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. http://www.gainesville.org/recreation.asp?contentscreen_id=parkslistings Be sure to hit Redworm's "The Worm and the Rooster" across the street while you are here... http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=972b0bbb-5240-48d8-b4b0-504d112b8996 OK - the log sheet is in a plastic baggie INSIDE the container. PLEASE be sure to put it back in the baggie to keep it dry. If the baggie is missing, torn, or has moisture in it, please email me DIRECTLY as soon as you log the find so I can run replace it. Warning - the Hint is a TOTAL spoiler...
