Geocache Description:

This is located close to the centre of the sand desert between Fossil Rock and Big Red west of Fili. You will need to drive across the sand to get here, although, if you plan your journey well there will be no need to drive across any difficult dunes. You can easily do this as a day trip but an overnight camp in the area would be rewarding.

To find this cache you should be proficient in sand driving, have an appropriately equipped 4x4 and drive with another vehicle to get here.

The cache is hidden under a bush at the coordinates.

As with most caches hidden in the desert or mountains of the Gulf, beware of what wildlife may be hiding with the cache. You are unlikely to come across them but sand vipers and scorpions are in the area.

This cache was hidden with the help of J and W.

Desert Challenge

This is the Yellow Key for the Desert Challenge (GC13B15). The eight digit key is written on the cache box and in the log book. There is also a set of key fobs with the number written on it. Feel free to take one but leave the rest for subsequent finders. Please do not publish the key on the web.

First to Find Congratulations to GeoCRAT and Liveonce on finding it on 15th June 2007.
