One of the first flash mob events took place in 2003, when over 100 people suddenly appeared in the home furnishings department of Macy's and gathered around an expensive rug. When asked if they needed assistance, someone replied that they were shopping for a "love rug" and made purchase decisions as a group! Other flash mob events include Worldwide Pillow Fight Day and the "Critical Mass" bicycle gatherings in San Francisco.
Once again, the time limit for the event is a mere 15 minutes. There's bound to be new caches placed, before- and after-event runs, and lots of other related activities. Stay tuned to the cache page as it will be updated periodically prior to the actual event.

So here's the plan:
6:45p.m.: Arrive early and wander the parking lot and act like a muggle. Look for q22q17, she will have Halloween masks for those who forget to bring one to wear, these are limited so let us know you are attending for a mask count.
7:00 p.m. – 7:05 p.m.: gather at the posted coordinates, and get a raffle ticket and sign the official log.
7:05 p.m. - 7:10 p.m.: we will pose for a group photo with masks to capture the event.
7:10 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.: we will hold the raffle and all disappear as if nothing happened!
