Flatiron & Mrs. Wrangler's Mammoth Bonus Cache Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Snoogans: Archiving this cache to make way for another. One of the stages is missing and I can't find my notes right now.

The series had a good run, but it's time to move on....

Thanks to those who took up the challenge. Those who understood the meaning and even those who didn't.

Geocache Description:

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE COORDINATES LISTED! THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE COORDINATES LISTED! HELLOOOOOOO!!! THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE COORDINATES LISTED! You must first visit my other caches in the Mammoth 4WD Recreational area to get the secret codes. This is an adventure bonus cache that has been placed above 10,000 feet. Yes, it's not too far from the road, but well hidden.

CONGRATS TO Flatiron & Mrs. Wrangler!!!! They posted the astonishing time of 4 hours and 48 minutes! They are only the fourth team (3rd visit)to finish this series in just under a year. The gauntlet has been thrown down again.

(I think that I can (might?) beat that time by about an hour on a maintenance run. The next person to take this record down will REALLY need to study the maps to challenge.)

Ranboze's completion time for all 6 caches in my offroad adventure series was 10 hours and 55 minutes with assistance from bthomas on the most challenging part! Ranboze & bthomas have earned my respect and I'm sure the respect of all who would attempt this series in the future.

CONGRATS to bthomas!!! He was the second person to complete the OAC's (with Ranboze) and in a most unusual order.

CONGRATS to tom4props for being the third team to finish and the second ever to visit this cache.

Here's the deal: I have placed about $12-15 worth of cool goodies in my bonus cache. This promises to be a breath taking adventure. Everything in the cache is yours except the cache log and pencil, but there's a catch. You must place a minimum of $6 to $10 worth of fairly small (quality) goodies in trade.

Original cache contents:

A sealed deck of Iraq's most wanted cards.
An FTF medal.
A cool indian arrowhead.
A new, leather, credit card wallet.
My first Where's George Dollar.
A wooden nickel; good for 1 free well drink @ La Serria Cantina in Mammoth.

With these items, the cache is pretty full. Picture a 5x5 inch cube. This is the small end of a regular cache. So pick your trade items accordingly. The entire contents will go to the next cacher and so on.........

Well, how the heck do you get there? There are 5 caches that you must complete first to get the coordinates to this cache.

The codes:

N AA AA.BBB
W CCC DD.EEE

C'mon that wouldn't be fair.
