Marko Ramius: Groundspeak received a request from the property owner asking that this cache be archived. It is Groundspeak's policy to comply with all such requests. Accordingly, this cache is being archived and the cache owner is requested to avoid returning to this location.
By way of further explanation, the actual property where the cache is located appears to be part of the Cleveland National Forest. But all of the surrounding property, including all means of access (other than from the air by helicopter or parachute) does appear to be private property.
If the cache owner would like to submit evidence of explicit permission granting access to the cache, we will certainly consider that. But otherwise, I'm afraid I have little choice but to archive this listing.
