This cache placement was inspired by our dog, a 20 lb. female Corgi
mix (Dory) who came out here to "run with the big dogs"; Boo,
Bodie, Billy, Mylie and Zephyr.
The Riverview Park is a great place to bring your dog for a nice
time by the Carson River off leash. The river bank has been the
scene of many a "fetch the stick out of the water" play session.
Since Dory is short of stature, she doesn't have much of a chance
of getting the stick first but she does enjoy running with the
bigger dogs.
At the time of placement the container (a nicely camoed ammo can)
contained the following:

Log book, stash note and pencils
Watch out for muggles in the form of dog walkers and joggers who
frequent the area.
At the time we placed this cache, there were six
wild mustangs hanging out in the nearby sagebrush. Though they seem
tame, remember, they are wild so please do no approach them and
give the horses plenty of room.

Checked on this cache and it is still there. The entire park is very muddy right now. Left two tbs.

Due to the amount of snow in the last month and where this cache was hidden, we haven't been able to get out to check on this cache. We hope to get out there soon and see what the heck is up!

I don't know what it was today - we batted 0.500 today (not that great). This is one of our DNFs. Looked for quite a while, but no luck. I'm sure it's around there somewhere, but we just couldn't pinpoint it.
