I came out to find the moonbeams cache by the cachefamily and was once again introduced to a fabulous trail system I had no prior knowledge of. The Moonbeams Nature Preserve has several trails on mostly flat terrain all well marked and maintained by the Orange County Land Trust. As the cache I found only touched on the trail system I felt another cache was in order. Not having an ammo can at the time, I came up with this rather impromptu cache.
I apologize for the poor satellite reception in the area. From the point where the trail turns 320 degrees, look west. There you'll see a small ridge and just over that the land slopes down into a marshy area. It is on the edge of this marsh that you find the cache. Need more help? Read the hint.
