Three animals were having a discussion about which would be the best detective on a treasure hunt. The fox was sure he could outwit the others, the squirrel thought he could find places the others could not and the Blood Hound new he would not be the fastest or the smartest or the most limber when seeking the treasure but he knew he probably would be the most persistant.
So they had a contest set up - which you are going to try now.
They had an impartial human (wzbt03) set up a course for them to decide who was the best among the three.
The fox was fast and found waypoint one in a flash, the squirrel turned up his nose at number one but still found it, the blood hound used his nose and was the last to arrive while declaring "I think I have been here before".
At waypoint two the foxes small feet made it very hard for him to walk on the area he was seeking. The squirrel laughed hard when he found it with ease - being small was a huge advantage. The blood hound circled the area for a while but still managed to find the clue with some difficulty.
At waypoint three the squirrel arrived first but was just jumping from limb to limb looking but not finding. The fox arrived next and was running around the base of the tree to no avail. The Blood Hound came and sniffed around on the ground and found the final clue.
Of course the Blood Hound was the first to the final treasure but found he could not get at it. The fox came by and ran right over it but it was the squirrel who got the cache and presented it to the Blood Hound and declared him the champ!
