Geocache Description:

This nanocache is located at an overlook on the bridge overlooking the Iowa River. The bridge is nestled between the Iowa River Power Restaurant and The Thornberry Dog Park.

This is a black nanocache is about the size of your fingertip. It blends in with bolts in this area but looks slightly different. You can park at iowa river power restaurant or the dog park. Walk on the bridge and find one of the 4 overlooks. If coming from Iowa River Power, turn into the first overlook on the left. If coming from the Dog Park area, turn right into the second overlook. This is a great area for a pretty walk. Dogs and families frequent this area. My favorite time to do this walk is weekend mornings -bring the dog to the park and then on a small hike or take a short walk to iowa river power for a great brunch. Take a stop over the bridge and catch a serene glimpse of the river
