A nice little visit to Marquess, WV. You will most likely get WET (bring a change of shoes!) and see some spotted ponies (bring your camera!).
Stage 1 is located in a cemetery on top of a hill. On a clear day there is a spectacular view.
Stages 2 & 3 are located with permission on our family property. (Yes, please do follow the arrow to the parking coords. You are allowed to drive your vehicle into the field to park.)
Please do not attempt after Dark.
First, a little history of where you are headed. Marquess, WV, located at a crossroads on Sandy Creek, in Reno District, was founded by Isaac Marquess who located here to build and operate a grist mill. The last two known operators of the mill were Nelson Bolyard and William W. Matlick. William Matlick was the owner of the grist mill at the time it was destroyed by fire in 1939. (William Matlick is sidekick's Grandfather.)

Stage one takes to you a cemetery where you are looking for a set of numbers AB-CDE. Take your time and enjoy the view of rolling hills and spotted ponies.
Stage Two Parking:
39° 17.CDE+2
79° 51.245
Stage Two Coords:
39° 17.CDE-57
79° 51.349-0B0
At stage two you will be looking for a small container with the coords for the final stage. Again, don't be surprised to see some spotted ponies nearby. They are quite curious but promised me not to give any hints, even if bribed with apples.
