wcache4fun: The city has expanded the leaf and tree recycling pile area and removed the cache's beacon. The tree were the cache was took you from the piles of debris and up a little hill to give a panoramic view of the countryside which was especially nice as the sun was setting. There really isn't any other suitable beacon in the area to give the view so we are opting to archive this cache.
