Härlanda fängelse uppfördes under åren 1904-1907 som en ersättning för det gamla länscellfängelset Rosenborg vid Lilla Bommen. Från början var fängelset tänkt att inhysa 175 interner, men den siffran nåddes och överstegs snabbt, och vid slutet av 1910-talet inhystes över 300 fångar i byggnaderna.

Fängelset ansågs ha tjänat ut sin roll i mars 1997, då den sista fången släpptes. Efter detta var byggnaderna till salu ett tag, men då antalet spekulanter till de nedgångna byggnaderna var få övertogs hela anstalten av Göteborgs stad. Byggnaderna innehåller idag Härlanda stadsdelsförvaltning samt ett kulturhus vid namn "Kåken".

Cachen är en normal filmburk som finns gömd någonstans på området. För att hitta den, gå till de utsatta koordinaterna och leta upp det fyrsiffriga talet ABCD. På ett annat ställe på området hittar du en informationstavla med en karta och lite historik om byggnaderna. På tavlan står det angivet att fängelset hade XYZ celler år 1918. Leta efter cachen på:

Härlanda prison was built between 1904 and 1907 as a replacement for the old prison Rosenborg located at Lilla Bommen. From the beginning the prison housed 175 inmates, but by the end of the 1910s, over 300 inmates were housed here.

The prison was considered defunct in March of 1997, when the last prisoner was released. After this, the buildings was for sale for a short period of time. Since the number of bidders to the shabby buildings were few, the ownership was transferred to the city of Gothenburg. Today, the premises vacate some administrative offices as well as a cultural establishment named "Kåken", roughly translated into "The pen".

The cache, which consists of a normal 35mm film canister, is located somewhere within the area. To locate it, go to the specified coordinates and find the four-digit number ABCD. At another location within the area, you will find an information board with a map and some historic information about the buildings. On the board, you will find that the prison had XYZ cells in the year 1918. Go look for the cache at:
