LinShanBi Cape is about 4K west from the northest end of Taiwan
(ie. FuKui Cape, N:25.29824, E:121.53677) where the light tower
stands.
You can pick a lovely sunny day to enjoy the blue of the sky and
the sea,
just remember to wear layers of sun protection cream.
The cache is an 1cm diameter & 4cm long transparent
cylinder.
So obviously there is nothing inside it except the log paper.
