Obchodni areal Hvezda
Cely nakupni areal s tvari 80. let je jiz dlouhou dobu ve spatnem technickem stavu. Mesto v roce 2011 zpracovalo studii na generalni opravu teto zanedbane lokality na zaklade pozadavku komise mistni samospravy Moravske Predmesti – jih.
V obdobi male privatizace se mesto zbavilo nekolika lukrativnich prostor, coz se tyka i arealu Hvezda. Nebytove prostory, ktere tam vydelavaji, maji sve vlastniky, mestu ovsem zustala starost o veskera schodiste, chodniky a jednotliva prostranstvi.Mesto proto musi na zaklade zpracovane studie pristoupit ke generalni rekonstrukci celeho arealu. Realizace teto rekonstrukce by se mela uskutecnit v roce 2012, nejdele v roce 2013.
Komise mistni samospravy Moravske Predmesti – jih navrhovala, aby projekt pocital s rekonstrukci podhledu, navrhem reseni schodist u autobusove zastavky Hvezda, novym resenim zelene v celem arealu, umistenim lavicek, bezpecnostnich stojanu na kola a s rozsirenim stavajicich volnych ploch o drobne herni prvky.
Zatim k vyraznejsim zmenam nedoslo a nezbyva nez cekat na novou tvar tohoto nakupního arealu. Jednou se vsak jiste dockame.
Shopping complex Hvezda
Traditional cache will take you to the heart of shopping complex called Hvezda in Hradec Kralove. You will find everything according yours and the local residents needs in one place. Supermarket Kubik will offer goods of ordinary needs, local baker will bake you fresh bread, butcher will chop fresh meat for you, you can buy drogs in local pharmacy, you can visit the post office to pick up a letter or a package and after a busy day you can refresh yourself in a few bars, go bowling or bet in a bet office at your favorite sport.
The whole shopping area has face of the 80th which is in poor condition nowdays. In 2011 was prepared a study on the overhaul of this neglected sites requested by the Commission on Local Government Moravske predmesti - south.
During privatization the town rid of several lucrative areas, which also applies to complex Hvezda. Commercial space has owners and generate profit to them. But the mainteance of all staircases, sidewalks and every free space is provided by city servise. City have to proceed to the general reconstruction of the whole area according the study. Implementation of this reconstruction should take place in 2012, the longest in 2013.
Local Government Commission Moravske predmesti - south suggest that the project is allowed for the reconstruction of the ceiling, design solution of staircase at the bus stop Hvezda, the new green solutions throughout the area, placing benches, safety bike racks and extension of an existing open spaces of minor gameplay elements.
There is no major changes yet so we have to wait for the new face of this shoping area. However once we will surely see the changes.
