Rebel had figured out plenty of code puzzle caches, but most were just way too far away for him to make the trip. Figuring that others are in the same boat, he thought he would put one down here on this side of town.
This is a blatant rip-off of an idea from another cacher (The Yoyo Man), with Rebel twist. A Confederate twist, that is!
The first two lines in the picture below are the keys you'll need to decipher the code. They're in the clear.
The remaining two groups of characters will give you the coordinates, but they're encrypted.
Not only do you have to figure out the simple substitution of the dancing men to letters, you also have to figure out the encrypted coordinates.

Did I say this had a Confederate twist? The encryption was used by cryptographers in gray. You can figure it out. The Yankees always did, dagnabit.
