OK, So you've had enough of the long cold New England winter? Yearning for the warmth of a tropical sunlit, sandy beach?WAKE UP!!! You're still here in Maine!!! Aside from that expensive trip to Hawaii or fighting the crowds in Florida then this is the best we can offer...

There will be a cooking contest for the best tropical themed dish. Yes, this will be our typical geocaching style pot luck event. A limbo contest for the more flexible in the crowd. A hula hoop contest for both the adults and the kids. There will be door prizes as well as for the best dressed attendee.

So hit the internet for those south seas recipies you have always wanted to make. I will have the plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups. Grab your sandals and flip flops. Put on something bright and sunny. Come with the whole family and be ready to have some fun. The party starts at noon and the schedule will be posted at the hall. We will stay until the last person leaves! This will go on despite the weather forecast. We're Mainers remember. A foot of snow is just flurries, and 10 degrees is when we might think about putting on a jacket.... Our Sponsors
