I came across this place not too long ago figured it was a great spot for a cache. Some pretty big names in the technology arena have offices hidden back here. There is some unusual artwork, plus a couple small areas to sit and hang out or have a snack. I've come by here a few times and even during a business day at lunchtime, there isn't many (if any) people around. But, during the business day, you may need to be a bit stealthy. There is also a pretty nice view from this area.
Beware of the parking situation here. There is no parking along the street anywhere close by, and all the parking lots are "private". If you come by on a weekend or late evening you can probably get by parking in a lot nearby (don't blame us if you get a ticket or towed!). However, your best bet is a residential cul-de-sac that borders this area.
The trees here can make things a little tricky, but the cache is a large (costco sized) camo'ed peanut butter container, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. There is no need to go down the hill. This should be a pretty safe and easy find. Please make sure it's pretty well hidden when you are done so that none of the regular maintenance people come across it.
Because of the tree coverage, I've averaged a bunch gps readings. The cache is starting out with a couple of travel bugs, some McD's games, and a couple other items. Enjoy!
