Comparatively speaking, this puzzle cache is a walk in the park.
You can find the information you need from a number of different
sources, just be sure your source is complete (I've seen some that
are not).
With the canopy cover, I was getting some erratic GPS readings
at ground zero, but the hints should eliminate any problems you
have.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
If you are not familiar with the trails, there are many nice
views of the river and I encourage you to spend a little time and
walk the loop. You may encounter a Blue Heron, which I’ve seen a
number of times along the river and streams. If you do take a walk,
you may find a short excursion to 40 33.070N 74 40.899W
interesting.
