#4 of Nan Clark's 6+1 - Monster's Missing Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

chiptheduck: I am currently unable to maintain this series of caches which has fallen into disrepair so I am archiving them. They have given me and others pleasure but it's time to move on.

Geocache Description:

Nan Clark's 6+1 is a circular walk that starts at Nan Clark's Lane on Mill Hill and circles Barnet Gate Wood.

It consists of 6 caches and a bonus. Each of the six has a game piece (two in cache #5).

You will need to find each game piece and use it to complete the puzzle which will give you the coordinates of the bonus cache. Please don't remove the originals but take down the details or copy the game piece - ensure you record the shape, colour and any markings. Hopefully they'll also be stuck to the lid inside caches 2 to 6.

A useful grid and the puzzle board can be found on the page for the first cache. You may want to print these out before you start.

This is the fourth in the series and just off the path.

Originally there was a tree that grew horizontally out of the bank then turned upwards to form a kind of arch - it looked just like the Loch Ness Monster. Unfortunately an overzealous "tree surgeon" has chopped it off near the base so I've now renamed the cache accordingly. Och Aye!

Please don't forget to leave the game piece in the cache and the cache in its original position.

Thanks.
