Geocache Description:

This cache is located in The Port Bickerton Lighthouse Beach Park. I hope that this cache and its nearby 'sister' cache (Carved In Stone - GCP51Q) will attract more people to this beautiful area.

Enjoy a meandering but level walk along marked footpath G/H (trail head is near the main parking area) through the woods and barrens to the beach.

The park is operated by the Port Bickerton & Area Planning Association, a non-profit organization. Operating hours are 9:00 to 5:00, June 15 - Sept 15. Admission is $2.50 per day, or $6.00 per family, but park is not gated, and there is no admission charge outside of hours or season.

Please note: smaller children may have some difficulty walking on loose rocks at high tide.

Update: The Port Bickerton Park staff (hi folks!!!) are aware of the caches, and by all reports, very pleased about the additional visitors that caching has drawn to their incredibly beautiful part of this province.
