Die Rheingoldhalle in Mainz ist der Mittelpunkt des Gutenberg-2015 Events:

Die Gutenberg- und Medienstadt lockt Geocacher auf den 50. Breitengrad.
Zum Gutenberg-2015 Event freuen wir uns schon riesig darauf, Euch hier begrüßen zu dürfen!
Vom 14. bis zum 17. Mai 2015 wollen wir Euch in Mainz mit unterhaltsamen, ab-wechslungsreichen, bekannten und vielen neuartigen Attraktionen erfreuen.
Wir sind sicher, dass ihr Euch bei uns wohl fühlen werdet.
Eine besondere Anerkennung ist es uns, dass unsere Ministerpräsidentin des Lan-des Rheinland-Pfalz Malu Dreyer die Schirmherrschaft über dieses Event übernommen hat.

The "Rheingoldhalle" in Mainz will be the centre of the Gutenberg Event 2015:
Located in the centre of Mainz yet close to the river Rhine, with easy access from any direction.
Mainz, known as Gutenberg and media city, attracts geocachers from all over the world to the 50th degree of latitude.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you here to the Gutenberg Event 2015!
From 14th to 17th Mai 2015, we would like to entertain you with an interesting and diversified programme.
We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.

First GPS MAZE in Germany:

Ein GPS MAZE ist eine spezielle Art von Event Cache. Diese Wanderausstel-lung wurde entwickelt, um Menschen aller Altersgruppen die GPS-Technologie und Geocaching näher zu bringen. Das Konzept wurde von Geocaching HQ und Minotaur Mazes erstellt. Bisher fand diese Ausstellung an 24 Orten in Nordamerika und erst einmal in Europa - in Prag, Tsche-chien - statt. Das Prager GPS MAZE wurde von der Czech Geocaching Association (CAGeo) entwickelt und organisiert. Durch eine Partnerschaft zwischen dem Orgateam des GIGA Guten-berg 2015, CAGeo und Groundspeak bieten wir Ihnen nun erstmalig die Gelegenheit, die GPS MAZE Ausstellung in Deutschland zu besuchen! Sie wurde in die deutsche Sprache übersetzt, aktualisiert und an deutsche Gegebenheiten angepasst.
Vom 13. Mai 2015 bis 17. Mai 2015 haben Sie die Möglichkeit, das GPS MAZE EUROPE - Germany in Mainz zu besuchen. Seien Sie mit dabei! |
A GPS MAZE is a special type of event cache. It is a travelling educational exhibition designed to teach people of all ages about GPS technology and geocaching. The concept was created by Geocaching HQ and Minotaur Mazes. Until now it took place at 24 locations in North America and only once in Europe - in Prague, Czech Republic. The Prague event was developed and organized by Czech Geocaching Association CAGeo. Through partnership of Gutenberg GIGA, CAGeo and Groundspeak we offer you the opportunity to visit the GPS Maze exhibition for the first time in Germany! It will be updated to reflect the German reality, and of course we will translate it to German. Don't miss the opportunity to be there with us!

Auf dem GIGA Gutenberg 2015 sind Hunde generell erlaubt. Wir weisen allerdings darauf hin, dass diese einem Leinenzwang unterliegen und dass die Halter dafür ver-antwortlich sind, die Hinterlassenschaften Ihrer Tiere selbstständig zu beseitigen. Bei Zuwider-handlung hat der Veranstalter das Recht, die Halter samt Hunden der Veranstaltung zu verwei-sen.
Wir appellieren an die Halter zu prüfen, ob es am Tag der Veranstaltung einen besseren Auf-enthaltsort für die Hunde gibt als das GIGA Event in Mainz. > |
On the GIGA Gutenberg 2015 Dogs are generally allowed. We point out, however, that these are subject to a leash and that the holders are responsible for the Inde-pendently to eliminate legacies of your animals. In Offence has the Organizer reserves the right to refer the holder together with the dogs of the event.
We call to check on the holder, whether on the day of the event a better residence for the dogs there as the GIGA event in Mainz. |

Mobiler Hochseilgarten:
Nun ist es amtlich!!!! Am 16.Mai 2015 ist ein mobiler Hochseilgarten auf dem Gutenberg GIGA 2015 vertreten. Das tolle Erlebnis für alle kletterbegeisterten Geocacher und Besucher läuft in enger Kooperation mit mainzplus CITYMARKETING.
Vorraussichtlich steht der Hochseilgarten vor der Rheingoldhalle auf dem Jockel-Fuchs-Platz.

Mobile high ropes course:
It's official !!!! On May 16, 2015, mobile high ropes course on Gutenberg GIGA 2015 is repre-sented. The great experience for all climbing enthusiastic geocachers and visitors runs in close cooperation with mainz plus CITY MARKETING.
Expected is the high ropes before Rheingold hall on the Jockel-Fuchs-Platz.
