Welcome to the Larson Lake Trailhead. This trail system is available year round and is a popular destination for cross country skiers as well as hunters.

During the winter you will find a 11.0 km double trackset with mostly beginner-intermediate level cross country ski trails. The trails go through rolling oak forest with large diameter red and white pine trees in several areas. Many trail segments encircle black spruce and tamarack bogs. Two shelters await you along the trails so pack a snack and enjoy the beauty. Trail maps are available at parking lot and there are maps along trail. Minnesota Ski pass is required on trails but not for finding this cache.
