A circular walk of about 2 1/2 miles along the Stratford upon Avon canal and on to a pretty church on a hill to look for information to find the final cache. This is one of a series of 3 caches based on the aqueducts on this part of the canal.
Suggested parking is at N52 17.436 W001 43.472. The Stratford upon Avon canal has many interesting features including split bridges and barrel-roofed cottages, one of which is by this aqueduct now converted into a large house. Another feature is its three aqueducts, including this one at Yarningale which was built between 1812 and 1816 but was washed away following a flood. However, it was replaced in just 26 days. The other aqueducts are at Wootton Wawen (our cache Aqueduct Two) and Bearley/Edstone (Our cache Aqueduct One). The cache is in a small tupperware-like box. The walk has one short hill, kissing gates and one stile and can be muddy at times.

2) Carry on along the canal to:
N52 17.DC(B-A) W001 DD.(C-A)CB. How many miles to Kings Norton? = EF.
3) Continue to N52 E(E+F).C(B+A)D W001 44.CD2.
Deduct 18 from the date plaque on the lower lock gate No.36. = GHJK.
4) The last bit of information you require is at the church at: N52 E(F+G).(D+A)DE. W001 DD.(C+D)(F-D)(B+E).

From the church return to the road, turn left along the road to a stile on the right at N52 17.607 W001.44.581. This leads back to the canal.
