Welcome to Sandy Creek Trail (Belmar). This is a beautiful trail that has several bridges and a tunnel in the 8 miles from Belmar to Van. This trail can be used all year round, cross country skiing in the winter to a spring walk in the rain. Biking and blading in fall with the leaves changing is a wonderful sight. Moss Man and the Pets hope you enjoy the trail and have fun finding the cache.The coordinates are for the tunnel location and NOT the cache!!!!
There is a parking area at Belmar where you can start N 41° 19.991 W079° 46.449. The cache is about 2 mile down the trail.
Not to leave you in the DARK about where to find the cache here are a few hints!!!
Since this is the “DARK SIDE of the TUNNEL a light would be a good idea.
When it seems like you can go no farther in with out starting out this is where you need to look.
Look to the side where moss would grow if this was a tree!!
