When you make the trip to Angel Island, I would recommend bringing a bike to help you get around (at least to use on the perimeter road). At the time I hid the cache, it was number twelve on the island. If you come over on the ferry, I'm not sure there's enough time to find them all in one day (I sure couldn't do it). Your trip will involve A LOT of hiking and a fair amount of hills (which is why I gave it a medium terrain rating).
