Geocache Description:


I went out for a night time mountainbike ride with a cache name in mind for this hide. I did the usual scanning for a good hide. As I approached the cache location I began smelling a very sweet smell, almost like being in the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory or a bakery. It was a strong smell and I smelled it for almost a quarter mile. It couldn't be coming from a residence or business because I was way too far away for the smell to be that strong. So maybe it came from a very fragrant flower. But I have never smelled anything like it out on the trails.

The cache is located just off the trail. There is no need to bushwhack. The closest parking is at the corner of Moorpark and Greenmeadow. The trail is hike, bike, run and horse friendly. Use caution as bikers can go too fast on this trail. As always, be careful when reaching in bushes and under rocks.
