The cache is placed at the listed coordinates. The key to opening the cache is within 100 feet of the container and is well “guarded.”
Our very good friends, JeePSer, are moving to Michigan to be closer to family. We are happy for them but sad for us.
JeePSer was geocaching way before caching was cool.......since July of 2002. We first met Terry and Kim while crossing paths on a bike trail in Pleasant Hill. It was only a brief introduction and a few seconds of chatting. A month or so later, they were kind enough to reach out to us and ask if we would be interested in co-hosting a geocaching event with them. Over the past five years, our relationship developed from caching buddies to good friends.
We’ve cached with JeePSer numerous times. Each outing always involves great conversation and countless laughs.....they are hilarious. We were fortunate to be able to accompany Terry and Kim while doing the E.T. Highway. Without a doubt, it was the most fun we have EVER had geocaching.
The best thing about geocaching is the friends that we have made. We know we can always count on Terry and Kim to offer a helping hand in any time of need. We sincerely appreciate their friendship.
Thanks for the memories, JeePSer!! We now look forward to finding a bunch of caches in Michigan.
