"Entanglement is a quantum mechanical phenomenon
in which the quantum states of two or more objects are linked
together so that one object can no longer be adequately described
without full mention of its counterpart — even though the
individual objects may be spatially separated."
When mapping the dikewalk on the other side of this river I saw
a man walking on its opposite bank. As if in a mirror we walked
along together, waved at each other, experienced all the same
things, and yet we were separate by but a river's width.
Thus I thought of the physical state of entanglement; how a
photon split becomes two and yet experiences all things yet as
one.
I needed to see for myself what my opposite self had found, and
thus mapped the opposite side of the river this day... and as I
walked on this opposite shore I looked across to the opposite bank,
and there walking along was a man. I waved at him, and he at
me.
