Geocache Description:

cache is small camo-covered box

It is permissible to park on the paved short side street off Rolling Ridge, but it is advisable not to block the gravel cell phone tower access road. You can walk up the cell phone tower access road to power line right of way toward lake to reach the cache, but do not trespass on the property to the left of the access road in front of the gate, as it has been posted by the owner.
Cache is visible without moving anything. Caution: area seems infested with ticks this year (2009). Take appropriate precautions. There have been cases of Lyme Disease in the vicinity.

PLEASE NOTE: As of January, 2012, a No Trespassing sign has been placed on the gate at the bottom of the access road by the cell phone tower operator, Crown Castle. However, Crown Castle does not own the property and has only an easement to drive up to their cell tower. The Town of New Windsor Water Dept also uses the access road. The access road follows the property line between the Brown's Pond tract owned by the City of Newburgh and a tract of land owned by a private individual. I spoke to the Crown Castle site supervisor, and they understand that they cannot actually prohibit use of the access road by foot traffic. However, there apparently have been acts of vandalism and evidence of partying (trash) at the cell tower site, so they placed a No Trespassing sign on the gate to discourage this. It is OK to walk around the gate and up the access road to look for the geocache. If you are uncomfortable proceeding past the No Trespassing sign, you can park on Riley Road near the water treatment plant and walk up the power line right of way to access the geocache.
